Wedding Guest Dress Inspo

Happy Saturday!! For me this Week kind of dragged on so the weekend was necessary. We celebrated one of my family friend’s wedding last night and we are so excited for her & her husband! We have known each other since diapers and it’s exciting to see her meet her love, and to witness their wedding!

Any who, John & I have 3 weddings this year, with this being the first, so I am always looking for some inspo for what to wear to them. I am loving the lilacs, yellows, and blues for this season so you will see a lot of that. I am also loving the floral dress trend. I think its such a cute idea to wear to a wedding because its not SUPER fancy, but still very nice.

Which one if your favorite? (To shop any of the items shown below, just click on the item and it will bring you directly to the site of the item!)

Item Details:

Bodysuit  // Fringe Jeans // Light Jacket (H&M Last year) Similar/Cute options here, here, here & here // Shoes (Lola Shoetique Last Year) Similar/Cute options here, here, & here (these aren’t booties but I love them).

I have a new found obsession with bodysuits which I have mentioned before, but I never realized how easy they were. It makes picking out a “shirt” a lot less difficult. I bought these black fringe jeans from Fashion Nova, but they are sold out in black and have a few sizes in the regular wash left in stock! They are so comfortable and extremely cute. If you have wider hips like I do I would definitely suggest sizing up, as these run a bit on the tighter side. I love flat lays of outfits, because clothing can look so different on different people and sometimes I love to show the clothes on and sometimes I do not. Also, the jacket and the shoes are two different tones of Olive Green. I love the contrast of them together!

Sorry for the flat lay though and I will be taking photos in the outfits soon enough. With our house renovations, things have been extremely hectic and we had been running around all weekend trying to get things done. We closed on our house in Mid March and now here we are in May and things still are not done. At this point, I know I need to just relax and stop worrying but it feels like we will never make it into our new home!!

Let me know what you think in the comments below!

XOXO,

Nina
